I‘ve had the privilege to work all around the globe with people of different nationalities, with different characters, lives and bodies. However I've come to realize that many of them face the same types of challenges. A lack of work-life balance, a seated lifestyle, stress, and bad food choices are causing all kinds of health problems. From not being able to relax and sleep to having aches and pains in neck, shoulders and back, they are all the result of unhealthy habits in our daily lives. This is where a formally trained health and fitness professional can help.
